Astrophysics I Credit Hours: 3 hours. Stellar astrophysics, stellar structure and atmospheres, formation of spectral lines and spectral classification, stellar evolution from star formation to planetary nebulae and supernovae and the resulting compact objects. Offered spring semester every odd-numbered year.
